Ingredients

  • as neededGolgappa puri
  • For ragda
  • 1 cupwhite peas(3/4hour soked)
  • 1potato
  • 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 1/4 spoonturmric powder
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spooncumin coriander powder
  • 1 tsp pavbhaji masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededWater
  • For platting
  • 1 bowlcurd beaten
  • 1 bowlturmrind chutney
  • 1 bowlgreen chutney
  • 1 bowlsev
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 spoonchaat masala
  • As neededChopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take white peas,chop potato pressure cook up to 4 whishels.

  2. 2

    Take pan pour oil to make heat add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste let it be until change colour to pink,add tomato saute well up totometo get mossy.

  3. 3

    Add all dry masala and keep mixing for 1 min,add boiled peas and mix well add little water and let it boil well,put 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves.ragda is ready.

  4. 4

    Take plate place puri in the plate make whole add ragda, add curd,turmric chutney,green chutney onion, tomato, chopped coriander leaves, sprincal chaat masala.spread sev on top.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.when you serve make that time.
