  • 2 cupsFlour
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 3-4 tbspSugar
  • water
  • Flavour

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour

  2. 2

    Mix the dry ingredients together

  3. 3

    Add water and mix

  4. 4

    Add egg and flavour

  5. 5

    Cover and set in a hot area, allow it rise.

  6. 6

    Preheat your oil and fry until golden brown

  7. 7

    Strain and sprinkle some sugar.

  8. 8

    Serve with akamu
