  • 1/2 tspred chillie flakes
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tbspolive oil

    Clean potatoes and cut in wedges don't peel

  2. 2

    Place in a bowl and add all the ingridients mix well cover and let them marinate for 20
