Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Peel the bananas put them in a bowl and mash evenly with a fork

Next add the zest, yoghurt and eggs and mix till fully incorporated you can use a mixer or whisk

Sieve your flour,Now add all your dry ingredients together flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt

Add butter to the dry ingredients and crumble with your hands or use your mixer to mix

Add the dry ingredients to your wet ingredients you can use a mixer or a mwiko

Put the batter in your loaf tin and bake at in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 55 to 60 minutes
