Ingredients

15-20 min

5-6 servings

4Potato
1 cupbaisan
1/2 cupCornflour
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsphaldi
1/2 tspAjwaiyen
1/2 tspzeera
1/3 tspbaking powder
To tasteSalt
Pinchfood colour
warm water
for frying oil

15-20 min

Peel off potato and cut in a long shape pieces

Take 1 cup baisan

Strain it.and add spices in it to make a paste.

Now add potato strips on that paste.Cover it.

Keep frying in a pan till golden brown colors appears

Now separate from oil

Now it's ready to eat. Sprinkle chat masala and serve with ketchup.

It's so crispy and tasty..Must try it
