Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmaida
  2. 130 gmghee
  3. 1 tspajwain
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 2.pinch baking soda
  6. As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix,Maida, salt and ajwain, and make a tight dough adding some water. Keep it for rest for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Make small mathri with this dough.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok, deep fry all mathri in medium low flame.

  4. 4

    With this process deep fry all mathri and keep on tissue paper.
