Steps

Dry roast all the nuts and keep aside.

Pour ghee in a pan and add jaggery and pinch of cardamom powder.

Cook until a thick syrup-like consistency is formed. And turns brown in colour.

Remove from fire and add roasted nuts and roasted mixed seeds.

Transfer the entire mixture on a greased tray.
- 6
Garnish with poppy seeds, cool and cut into squares.
- 7
Let it cool completely before serving..
