Cooking Instructions

Heat the ghee in a pan on low medium flame. Add besan and stir well. Then add fine Rava and mix well. Stir occasionally till the mixture becomes golden and aromatic.

Fry it well on low flame. It will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from the gas and keep it aside. Now heat the sugar and approximately 1/2 cup water in a pan on low medium flame.

Stir well till it becomes one string consistency.

Now switch off the gas. Add roasted rava and besan mixture. Add cardamom powder. Mix well.

Cover and let it cool down for 15 minutes. Once it is warm break all the lumps with spoon and make laddu. While making the laddus you can add ghee if required.
