Ingredients

1 kgsweet potatoes
Salt
Enough Water for boiling
Oil for deep frying

Steps

Peel, chop and wash the sweet potatoes

Arrange them well in a sauce pan and add water with a little salt. Let boil till well done. Drain and allow to cool
3

Deep fry them in medium high heated oil until they form a nice coating. Remove and place on a paper towel.
4

Serve.
