  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Peeled Ginger chunk

    Heat up oil,add onions and ginger,add plantain slices one by one,flip sides,remove from heat when yellow or orange in colour,drain,sprinkle little salt and toss for few seconds,set aside,complete Process,enjoy with fav drink..note:remove onions slices and ginger before you finish frying...
