Green vegetables and wet fry liver

First, i started marinatimg the liver with the grated ginger and garlic and place inside the fridge for 30 minutes, as i cook the vegetables.

For the vegetables, take a sufuria add cooking oil let it heat up then add your onions, cook until they have sweat then add your vegetables bit by bit as you mix it with the onions once done cover it for 1 minute then add salt, mix cover it for 1 minute, i like my vegetables crunchy so i didnt overcook it, once done set it aside.

Now to the liver, place it on heat let it boil with its water, once done add cooking oil,then your onions, cook until they have sweat, add your tomatoes, but cover it dont mix, for a minute.

Once done, add your salt and if you like add spices of your own choice, mix everything together and put off the heat.Serve and enjoy with some ugali... Bon appetite
