Crush the oregano between the palms of your hand to release it's' flavour, then add it into the mixture. Add the chicken into the mixture, adjust salt and simmer for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Cook 200 gm of penne pasta according to package instructions and drain. Return the pasta back into the pot, then add the chicken alfredo sauce into it and toss to combine.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped fresh green onions or parsley.
