Ingredients

  • 1plate of parboiled pasta
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • 3eggs
  • 2diced green and red capsicum
  • 1diced tomatoes
  • 1dices onion
  • 2stock cubes
  • Some ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Break and beat the egss, add salt

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion, ginger and galic, pour the eggs, let it set then scramble

  3. 3

    Add in the pasta and stir, add the stock cubes and stir for 2 more minutes

  4. 4

    Add the sliced capsicum and tomatoes and remove from heat immediately, stir well and serve hot.
