Ingredients

  1. 10 1/2 ozred snapper fillet (about 300 grams)
  2. 1set tom yum herbs (galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves)
  3. 2culantro stalks
  4. 2-3holy basil stalks
  5. Shimeji and king oyster mushrooms, as much as you like
  6. 6-7bird's eye chilies
  7. 4-5shallots
  8. 1-2limes
  9. 1tomato
  10. 4-5dried bird's eye chilies

    Cut the fish into pieces and prepare the ingredients.
