Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 cupLuck warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients into a big bowl except curd. Mix it very well

  2. 2

    Now add curd into it.Knead it at least for 5 minutes and make a soft dough with the help of luck warm water. U will need water for this.

  3. 3

    Now rest it into a container for at least 5 hour into a warm place.

    Divide the dough into 6-7portions. Keep aside. Now preheat iron tawa. Roll one pirtion. And spread water on one side of maan. Place wet side onto the tawa. When it start poping reverse the tawa on direct flame to cook it onother side.

    Serve it hot..
