Ingredients

5 persons
  • 250 gmBeetroot
  • Baby spinach optional
  • 300 gmLettuce & iceberg
  • 100 gmSmall red onion thinly sliced
  • 200 gmFeta cheese
  • 100 gmWalnuts lightly toasted
  • 2Orange
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the Beetroots for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Cool down peel and cubed the Beetroots

  3. 3

    Now wash the lettuce leaves and iceberg and cut roughly

  4. 4

    Now take the walnuts and toast for few minutes

  5. 5

    Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients and mix

  6. 6

    Take feta cheese cut in cubes and sprinkle over salad

  7. 7

    Add the seasoning, serve and Enjoy
