"Batibasa" is a traditional cooking technique of Odisha where all ingredients are mixed up in a bowl known as "Bati" and cooked on very low flame. First of all prepare the mustard paste and keep it aside.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Put it on the gas stove by covering a lid in low flame. Don't stir it.

After 10-12 minutes it becomes ready.

Serve it with steamed rice by garnishing with some chopped coriander leaves.
