Khoya Parwal (Saktik Vegetable)
Steps

Add ghee to the pan.

Add jeera and all the dry masalas like, hing, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, and Garam Masala powder.

Saute for a minute and add khoya and saute till the ghee floats.

Peel potato and cut into cubes and fry them. Peel parwal and slit from center and cut into two pieces, and fry them.

Add them into the masala, mix well and add milk, mix well and add salt.

Add kasuri methi and mix well.

Boil and simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
