Ingredients

  • 1/2Ib(230 grams)-Brussels sprouts
  • 1small- onions finely chopped
  • 1/2tsp-Mustard seeds
  • 2tbsp-Urad dal
  • 1-Green chilly diced
  • 2-Red dired chilly
  • 1/4tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 5- curry leaves
  • 2tbsp- oil
  • 2 tbsp- fresh greated coconut
  • to tasteSalt - according

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the Brussels sprouts,cut of the woody stem and roughly chop it.

    In a pan (pot)of boiling water. Brussels Sprouts for 3-4 min boil and Drain the water.

    Heat a pan add oil ç,splutter urad dal and Mustard seeds.

    After the dal is nicely cooked fry some curry leaves,Red chillies,green chilly and chopped onions.

    Add the Turmeric Powder and boil Brussels sprouts with Salt and mix it.

    Add some greated coconut, mix everything together and switch off flame.
