Steps

Use fine rice flour. Add rice flour, baking soda, egg white, cardamom seeds crushed and semolina. Mix like bread crumbs.

Cook milk and sugar till dissolve. Let it cool. Then add into the rice flour. Mix it and make a dough. Take rest for an hour by cover it in room temperature.

After 1 hour make small ball and roll into the sesame seeds.

Fry in low flame oil till dark golden brown. Enjoy with tea. It's healthy and yummy. Happy Cooking,Happy sharing!
