just a glass

5-7cucumber skin
1 table spoonSuger
Halfcup of water
3 pieceice cube

Pour the skin in a blender add the sugar,ice and water,blend until is smooth. Sieve the juice out, And enjoy.

Adding the water and suger is optional,you can just add ice cube only so it will be all natural.
