Wash the mint leaves near running tap thoroughly and let it pat dry.grind these mint leaves, 2 garlic cloves by adding water to it.it should be like liquid consistency.

Take a cooking pan, put oil, poppy seeds, 1/4 spoon urad dal,ginger garlic paste (optional) and fry,.

Add cup of chopped potatoes, tomatoes,salt and fry well to this mixture pour grinded mint liquid and stir well for 10.inutes

After water gets evaporated and forms a bit thick curry,Add cooked rice and mix well
