Take a cup custard powder.. Here I used mango flavour, you can use as per your choice.

Take a large bowl add custard powder in it and pour water sip by sip and make a battet of it. Remove Lumps by mixing it nicely.

Take a non stick pan add sugar in it and add 2 cups water in it. Make a sugar syrup only till sugar dissolves in water.

Low the flame.. Then stir the custard powder batter again. And pour it slowly in sugar syrup and saute continuously by one he hand.

Mix batter well and stir it on low flame carefully..because custard powder sits down. After 10-15minutes you can see batter becomes thicker.

Stir little more... Then add ghee not full at a time. Add 1-2 t spns then stir again. When ghee absorb or soaked fully then add again.

Stir it till ghee leaves from the sides

Grease the mold

Cut cashews finely

Add halwa in mold.And let it set. Minimum 15-20 minutes. It takes 1 hour for fully set. Bt because we make a logo of Cookpad on it I give shape in between. spricle cashew slices on it.

Make a outline with chocolate sauce and serve it.
