  • For hot and sour soup
  • 5 cupsChicken stock
  • 1 cupBoil and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cupCabbage
  • 1/2 cupCarrot
  • 1 bunchSpring onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 4 tbspVinegar
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • 2 tbspHot sauce
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tbspChilli garlic paste
  • 3 tbspCorn flour
  • 1Beaten egg
  • Coriander for granish

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables

    In a saucepan add chicken stock

    Heat the stock and add all the ingredients, chicken and vegetables

    Cook for 15 mins.

    In a bowl mix cornflour with little water and add in soup

    In last add beaten egg and fresh chopped coriander and serve hot
