Ingredients

15 ouncesblack beans
4 cupsfine sliced cabbage
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupsour cream
2 tablespoonssugar
2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
To tastesalt
To tasteground black pepper

Slice the cabbage and loosen up the pieces. Rinse the beans and drain. Add the seasonings.
