1 tspturmeric
1 tspground black peppercorns

Drain and press tofu to get rid of excess water
2

Cut into cubes and break up with a fork
3

Add tofu to a hot frying pan with a little oil
4

Add the turmeric and black pepper and cook for 5min stirring in the turmeric
