First, take a milk powder and sieve into the plate, then all chopped mango add to blender and blend the smooth puree.

Then strain the puree, and sieve the puree for smoother.

Then take a small pan and add condensed milk and mango puree and mix well and the heat it and bring to boil.

Simmer stirring on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then add double cream and again continue cooking for further 15-18 minutes

Also, add the cardamom powder, the barfi mix will thick.

Set the barfi in the lined flat dish, you can use pistachios for garnish, set and cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight for perfect shape.

Then cut into the square.
