Mix the olive oil, retsina (or apple juice), and flour together. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. Set it aside for a bit.

Peel the apples and grate them using the coarse side of a grater. In the same bowl, add the walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, and cloves, and mix well.

Divide the dough in half. Press half of it into a round baking pan, making sure to cover the sides like a nest.

Add the filling and spread it out evenly.

Flatten the remaining dough with your hands and carefully place it on top. Seal the edges to close the pie.

Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

If you like, dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
