Add the pieces of the cut celery and stir for a minute

Add the meat and let it cook covered for 10_15min

Stir in the paprika, oregano and thyme, salt and cover for 3 more minutes

Uncover the meat and let the juices evaporate.

Serve hot with a meal of your choice
