Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds. When they start to splutter, add green chilli and onion. Saute till onion turns translucent.

Add all the veggies like tomato, carrot, french beans, green peas and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add turmeic powder, chilli powder and mix well.

Now add rolled oats, 4 cups water and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off the flame.

Serve hot, garnished with remaining coriander leaves.
