Cheesy Dhokla

Take bowl put besan, turmeric powder, paste, sugar, salt, hing, curd and mix it nicely, if required than add water and make thick batter like pakodre.

We made this dhokla in microwave. So take mould first put 1 tablespoon besan batter than put 1 teaspoon grated cheese then again put 1 tablespoon besan batter.

Like this process fill all mould and baked it for on microwave for 6 min. After that demould it.

Than Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat, Add mustard seeds stir for 3-4 seconds, add green chilli stir and curry leaves or Coriander leaves, stir for few seconds.

Cover the pan and turn off the heat. First drizzle the hot water over dhokla this will keep the dhokla moist. Then drizzle the seasoning over.
