Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 bowlblack millet flour (bajra flour)
  • 2 spooncurd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1 spoonfinely chopped ginger-garlic
  • 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 spoonsesame seeds
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients except oil and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add little water and make soft dough.

  3. 3

    Divine the dough into small puri size balls and flatten them into disk shape.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan, add vada and deep fry once they get nice golden colour.

  5. 5

    Remove them and let the excess oil gets soaked on paper napkins.

  6. 6

    Serve with sauce or chutney.
