Ingredients

  • 65 gramsGond
  • 625 gramswheat Flour
  • 65 gramssemolina
  • 625 gramsGhee
  • 250 gramsSugar grounded
  • 35 gramsAlmonds and Pistachio Chopoed
  • 1 pinchCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the Gond and place it in sunlight in a tray for 1-2 days

  2. 2

    Heat some ghee in a pan and fry Gond till it becomes golden brown in colour. takeout in a platter and grind in the chopper.

  3. 3

    Heat leftover ghee in.pan. Add wheat flour and Semolina and fry on medium heat, till it becomes golden brown in colour.

  4. 4

    Add grounded Sugar with Nuts. Mix well. when mixture becomes on Room temperature. Make Ladoo and place it in a tray.

  5. 5

    After few hours, When Ladoo will hard. keep it in an Airtight Jar. Enjoy this winter treat till months.
