Steps

Mix together all the dry ingredients. Also add all the spices and veggies. Add the curd too. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Prepare a batter, which is not very thick nor very flowy.

Heat a non stick pan, spread some oil and spread the batter evenly. Let it cook on medium flame from both the sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture also.

Heat Olive oil in a kadai. Add the parboiled broccoli florets and tomato dices. Cook for a minute. Add salt and black pepper as per taste.

In a serving plate, arrange the nutrition pancakes place a spoonful of broccoli stir fry on top. Grate some paneer on top.
