Steps

Wash all the saag. Take a cooker and add all saag in cooker add ginger garlic paste,onion,green chilli,salt and cover with lid and cook for five whistles.

After that open the lid and add maize flour and blend it with blender.

Now add desi ghee and cook for 10 mints at medium flame.

Serve in bowl and add butter and serve hot.
