  1. 200 gramsUrad dhal
  2. 1 tspBlack pepper
  3. 1 cupCoconut pieces
  4. 300 mlCooking oil
  5. 2 tspSalt
  6. 300 mlWater
  7. 6Green chillis chopped
  8. 1/2 cupFresh coriander chopped

    Soak urad dhal in water for two hours. After draining extra water -Grinde to paste. Let the consistency be thick (add less water while grinding

  2. 2

    Add salt, black pepper, coconut pieces, coriander mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in kadai, leave raw vada batter in oil by flaterning and making a hole in middle, deepfry on both sides on sim. Vadas are ready.
