  2. 3 tspSalt
  3. 3 tspLemon juice
  4. 2 pinchAsafetida
  5. 3 tspFenugreek seeds

    Keep all ingredients ready. Dry roast and powder fenugreek seeds using mixer.

    Grinde red chillis in mixer without adding water add salt asafetida, lemonjuice and fenugreek powder.

    Mixwell and give tadaka. Trase to serving bowl. Ranjaka is ready to use.
