Fish curry with peas
Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai. Rub the Fish pieces with salt and turmeric and lightly fry them. Keep them aside.

In the same pan, splutter some cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add the onions and fry till they turn golden brown.

Add the peas. Fry for some time.

Now add the tomatoes and salt. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix everything well.

When the tomatoes turn soft, add warm water to the kadhai and let it come to a boil. Close the lid if needed.

After some time add the fried fish to the curry. And close the lid and let it cook for sometime. Adjust the salt if needed.

Lastly add chopped coriander before turning the flame off.

Goes perfect with rice.
