Boil raw tamarind

Roast peanuts

Roast green chilli and curry leaves with one table spoon of oil.

Grind chilli, curry leaves and peanuts.

Squeeze tamarind juice from the raw tamarind.

Add the tamarind juice into the grinded mixture.

Prepare tadka by using red chilli, mustard and cumin seeds in oil.

Put the tadka in the grinded mixture and tamarind chutney is ready. Serve hot with rice/chapathi /roti/Dosa. It is very good for health.
