Boil the potatoes. Chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Chop the coriander leaves. Keep aside.

In a bowl add the boiled potatoes, besan,chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies,salt and chilli powder

Add coriander leaves, chat masala and mix well
- 4
Make tikkis out of this mixture and keep them aside
- 5
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them till golden brown in colour. Drain on kitchen towel
