Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a karahi and roast 1 Cup of Dalia and moong daal till it turns aromat and light brown in colour.
Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a pressure cooker, and add Hing and jeera. - 2
Also add Cloves.Add finely chopped Green Chillies and fry them. add finely chopped Ginger pead and onion and mix well.

Then add the roasted daliya to the pressure cook

Rinse Moong Dal in water and add that to the cooker as well.Add 3 cups of water along with Turmeric Powder, Salt, Pepper.

Cook the mixture in the pressure cooker till you get 1 whistle, then turn the flame to minimum. Then cook for 5 more minutes. Open the pressure cooker when the steam has come out. Garnish the chopped coriander leaves.Dalia Khichdi is ready.
