Ingredients

  • 2potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  • 250 gmsbeans cut into pieces
  • 2 tspmustard oil
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds. Then add potatoes and roast them. Now add beans and add all spices.mix well, cover with lid and wait until vegetable Cooked. Serve hot with chapati.
