Steps

Wash and soak dal overnight.
Rinse well and grind with ginger and green chilli. - 2
For Tarka
Heat Oil and add mustard seeds, haldi power and urad dal,cook till Urad dal turns golden.Add chopped curry leaves. Add tarka to ground dal - 3
Add chopped onion and coriander leaves.Add salt as neeeded
Heat Appe pan and put few drops of oil in each section. - 4
Add Eno to the batter and immediately put a small amount into the Appe pan.Cover and cook on both sides till golden.Serve with peanut chatani
