  3. 5tomatoes
  4. 1serrano pepper
  5. 1/2white onion
  6. Knorr bouillon, to taste
  7. Salt, to taste
  8. Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    First, dice the tomatoes, onion, potato, and serrano pepper.

    Next, heat a pot over medium heat with a little oil, add the machaca, and stir until it is slightly browned. Then add the onion, green pepper, and pepper. Mix until the onion changes color slightly.

    Then add the tomatoes, stir, and let it cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to release their juice. Add the potato, a little Knorr bouillon, and salt. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes.
