Ingredients

  • 1/2lemon
  • 1/2a cucumber
  • 2 teaspooncrushed or diced ginger
  • 4 leavesfresh mint

Steps

    Put all your ingredients together

    Take this water first thing in the morning and before every meal and you will loose your potty
