Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBlack chickpeas/Kalay chanay (boiled)
  2. 1 tspChilli flakes
  3. 1onion (chopped)
  4. 3Green chillies
  5. 1 cupTomato chopped
  6. 2 tbspLemon juice
  7. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1 cupboiled potato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan heat some oil. 

    Add tomatoes, chilli flakes, green chilli and salt mix well.

    Put chanay and fry for a while. 

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice, boiled potatoes and onion. 

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves, onion and papri. 

    Ready to serve.
