Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1medium size broccoli cut in to medium size
  • 3medium size onion petals
  • 3medium size tomatoes cut in to 4 pic (remove it seeds)
  • 3medium size green capsicum cut into cubes size
  • 200 grambutton mushroom
  • 4 tbsphungcurd or thick curds
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tspcloves powder
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbsptikka masala powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tsprosted cumin powder
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 tspfinely chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspcornflour powder
  • 3 tbspcooking oil
  • To tastesalt
  • Pinchnutmeg powder
  • Pinchedible orange food colour
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspginger powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add given all ingredients 1tbs oil (reserve oil for brushing) mix it properly

    Now cover and rest for 2 hours for marination

  3. 3

    After 2 hours take a sekwer and arrange it now apply brush with oil

  4. 4

    Now roast it preheated microwaves for 15 min at 200c

  5. 5

    After 15 min take out from microwaves and serve and enjoy
