  • Salt as rquired
  • Onion 1 small chopped
  • 4Green chilli chopped
  • 4 clovesGarlic chopped
  • 1 tspGinger chopped
  • 1 tspBlackpepper
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspChat madala
  • 2 tbspHot sauce
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspOyester sauce
  • Butter and oil 1tbsp each
  • Capcicum 1 small
  • Carrot 1 mudium
  • 1Green onion
  • For salad
  • Red onion 1 small
  • 1/2Capcicum julian
  • Carrot julian1/2
  • Spring onion green part

  1. 1

    Cut onion garlic ginger and green chilli and all veggies

    Add butter and oil in apan

    Heat it and add chopoed onion garlic and ginger and saute 2min

    Now add chicken and cook for a while it just turn in white colour

    Now add dry ingredient and then sauces

    Cook them for 5 min and add all veggies and cook it for 2 min

    Mix all things check seasnig at this step and turn off the flame
