Ingredients

  • 1and 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3overripe bananas
  • 3/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 1large egg
  • 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/3 cupswalnuts, chopped
  • extra walnuts for toppings

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients on separate mixing bowls.

    AGAIN: Don't over mix it to maintain the fluffiness. Some adds cornstarch so it will be chewy, but it's up to you. 1 tsp of cornstarch is optional.

    Prepare them in your baking pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 350 degrees F.
