Wash And boil palak strain the excess of water And wash in cold water let it get back to normal temperature.Add bit milk to make paste of palak grind it not very fine lill rough

Take a kadhai put ghee half the amount as mentioned add palak paste And start roasting until the moisture gets dried.while the roasting done let the pot unattended

After the moisture gets dried add khoya in it And start mixing it in upside down position so it mixed up properly.

Add sugar+cardomon powder in the above and give a good mix during this stage add the left ghee + cashew powder + chirongi And mix it very well left it for 5 - 10 min on slower flame.

Switch off the flame taste it if u find lill sweet than add sugar at the point And mixed it up.
